Week 1: Meeting Your Nervous System with Compassion
Goal: Build awareness of your unique stress responses and shift from judgment to curiosity.
Week 2: Creating Micro-Moments of Safety
Goal: Learn small, repeatable practices to create a felt sense of safety, even in moments of stress.
Week 3: Reparenting the Inner Child (with guest facilitator Dani Blanche)
Goal: Connect with and nurture the parts of yourself that learned to stay in survival mode.
Week 4: Regulating to Reclaim Your Life
Goal: Integrate what you’ve learned and create a personal nervous system care plan.

Welcome! I'm Marissa.

I’m Marissa Price, MSW (she/her)—a Healing Practitioner, Speaker, and Guide for sensitive, introverted Black women reclaiming their peace, self-trust, and worth after years of survival mode.I support Black women who’ve carried the weight of toxic jobs, systemic harm, and relentless pressure to "stay strong," and are now ready to soften, regulate their nervous systems, and feel safe in their own bodies again. My work blends nervous system healing, somatic practices, inner child care, and decolonial approaches—because healing isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about finally exhaling and coming home to who you’ve always been.I created Regulate to Reclaim because I’ve lived what it’s like to feel hypervigilant, braced for impact, and disconnected from my own rest and joy. I know the courage it takes to stop pushing through and finally listen to your body’s call for gentleness.Now, I hold spaces for women like you to lay it all down—
